Who are we?
We are LUNE.
My name is Mick Formichella and I am the Chef Owner of LUNE.
My wife, Charlotte and I recently moved back to Cape Cod from Portland, Oregon. We have both spent the past 5 years living on the west coast - working with multiple award winning restaurants.
Charlotte leads our front of house team and is proudly a thirteenth generation Cape Codder. We are both incredibly passionate about the local landscape, produce and community. We saw a need for a modern and upscale dining experience in Dennis, and so….
We are proud to bring the LUNE experience to Cape Cod.

We began serving 8 course tasting menus in the winter of 2023 on Cape Cod in North Dennis at the gorgeous Borsari Gallery.
We then moved to hosting our 2023 residency pop up in West Dennis.
We have found our permanent home at 587 Main Street in Dennis Port!
We are thrilled to bring you hyper local and super seasonal dishes both a la carte and tasting menu format!

The entire restaurant is reservable; including the chef’s counter. When making a reservation we cannot guarantee a table or the counter for any party size. Thank you for understanding, we think your experience will be exquisite either way!
Please read before booking:
LUNE is a very small restaurant, with a fully open kitchen. This means you get to see what the culinary team at work while they prepare your food. We love our layout, however please understand, while dining at LUNE you will experience the aromas and sounds of your food being cooked right in front of you.

We are a small venue with an open kitchen. We currently have 2 sources of air conditioning and one fan.
Due to the heat outside and heat coming from the kitchen, the space warms quickly.
We ask that you dress appropriately and in layers as you may be seating near the air conditioning or far from it.

We offer a wine pairing consisting of 6 wines carefully curated to highlight each course. If you are not interested in indulging in the wine pairing we offer by the bottle and by the glass! We also offer a limited selection of N/A and beer.

We honor a 15 minute grace period, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call the restaurant as soon as you know. Cancellations and modifications to the party size will accepted until 24 hours prior. If there are modifications to the party size within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 20$ per person changed. NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THEIR RESERVATION* *** PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE A FULLY OPEN KITCHEN ***

Yes, we reserve the counter. When making a reservation you are booking for both the tables and the chef’s counter. The counter seats up to 6 and over looks the kitchen with stools that have both cushions and backs.

No, LUNE is not BYOB and we do not permit a corkage policy. Bottles brought to LUNE will not be opened on premises. There are zero exceptions to this policy.
